We act as External Valuers for Hjaltland Housing Association, Shetland’s largest developer of social housing in recent years, providing shared equity valuations of their housing stock for pre-sale purposes. We have also provided insurance valuations on their entire housing stock, as well as cost estimates for proposed alteration works. We have provided contractor’s quantity surveying services to main contractor’s on the refurbishment of local authority housing schemes.
