We have carried out a range of services on various commercial properties throughout Shetland. Our services include valuations for pre-sale, rent review, acquisition, secured lending, taxation, pension appraisal purposes, schedule of condition surveys, insurance reinstatement cost assessments, cost estimates and cost plans. We act as External Valuers for TL Dallas & Co Ltd, providing insurance valuations on all 41 public and community halls insured through them.
