We have built strong working relationships with the main self-build lenders, such as Scottish Building Society, Ecology Building Society, Buildstore & Newcastle Building Society. We have acted as independent valuers and professional consultants on projects financed through the Scottish Government’s Self-Build Loan Fund (SBLF).
We act as independent professional consultants for E&H Building Contractors Ltd, providing professional consultants certification and valuation services on their recent housing developments at Sundibanks, East Voe and Stura, Tingwall.
We have also provided quantity surveying and cost consultancy services on various proposed residential redevelopment projects, and cost estimates for proposed house extensions and alterations to private clients.
