We have provided surveying services on a vast array of some of Shetland’s most historic buildings and landmarks, including various listed buildings. We have acted as External Valuers for Shetland Amenity Trust, undertaking surveys and valuations of their extensive portfolio of architectural heritage and notable properties. We have also acted as External Valuers for Church of Scotland, carrying out pre-sale valuations on all of their church buildings throughout Shetland. We have provided quantity surveying / cost consultancy and energy performance certificates on various church conversion projects.
